These data will be incorporated into a personal data bank owned by LP Hoteles S.A., registered in the National Registry of Personal Data Protection under the name “Complaint Handling” with code RNPDP-PJP No. 28539, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, cancellation, and opposition of your personal data at any time.
– Filing a complaint does not prevent you from seeking other means of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a claim with INDECOPI.
– The provider must respond to the complaint or claim within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days, which cannot be extended.
– A copy of the complaint form will be sent to the email address provided by you. According to Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM, the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required for the complaint or claim to be considered submitted. It should be noted that, for the purposes indicated above, the consumer may freely provide their physical address or email address as they deem appropriate.
